All products are homemade in the traditional way,in open pans and small batches at a time.                
 All of our jars are filled and labelled by hand.Time consuming but very rewarding.
We do not use artifical flavourings,colourings,sweeteners or preservatives.
We use high quality ingredients and believe that the best produce should be used according to the time of the year.
We use local ingredients whenever possible.
Our wide range reflects the changing seasons.
